RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Something didn’t work out for you? You don’t have to worry at all as we provide you with easy exchange or refund. Just choose one of the options below in the list and follow the simple “Return Steps”.
- Damaged goods
In case you receive an item which is damaged, kindly provide photographs depicting the damage via email and we will respond with the course of action that you need to adopt in order to get a replacement. You can reach us hello@Leathersacs.com
In case you receive an item which you did not order, contact us via email at hello@Leathersacs.com with your order number and we will help you accordingly. Please attach a photograph in the email along with the problem so that we can immediately exchange the product. Once we receive the item in unused condition, we will immediately dispatch the new item.
- Dissatisfied with the product
Kindly provide us with a photograph of the received product along with the reasons for dissatisfaction within 7 days of receiving the product. Email us at hello@Leathersacs.com and our rep from customer service will get in touch with you.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Refund/exchange will not be acceptable for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be exchanged or refunded
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, customized items may not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- You will need to provide a valid tracking number in case of return has been allowed
- For normal shipping, it will take 6-12 working days whereas for expedited shipping it will take 3-6 working days. (working days = Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, holidays excluded)
- $19.99 restocking fee may apply on the refund!
- The refund process usually takes up to 5 Business working after the initiating of the refund.
- The product may differ from the pictures because of genuine leather
- In case of a return, the customer has to pay for the shipping. However, if the exchange is because of a damaged product, we will replace it at our cost.
If you wish to return the merchandise, you will
have 5 days from the day you receive our email which informs you about the
return address, where you have to ship back the product. If the item is not
shipped within 5 days of receiving the email, the company will not be
responsible and you will not be entitled to receive a refund even if the item
reaches our warehouse.
REMEMBER! Do not ship the item back before the
request is approved from us and received return address information by email.
